Supporting the animals at Dartmoor Zoological Park.

Adoptions

Why not give someone you love the gift of an animal they love.

All our animals at Dartmoor Zoo are available for adoption, in a variety of packages to suit every pocket. Anyone can adopt our animals, from individuals to large companies and school groups.

Adopt one of our animals online today.

All money raised through our adoption scheme goes directly to a special bank account just for the animals. The animal keepers decide what the animals need and use the adoption money to buy it. So far this year, we have purchased big animal balls for our tigers, lions and bears to play with and various enrichment items for the other animals. Being able to get these things for the animals is really important; it helps to keep them active and busy during the day.

Corporate Sponsorship

Our corporate sponsorship packages for animals and enclosures are a unique opportunity to get involved in animal care and advertise to our zoo visitors. We tailor our packages to suit your exact requirements. We can give you advertising space in the zoo and on our web site; we can arrange functions at the zoo for your staff and clients.

An example package would be for a company to sponsor a new enclosure. We always have animals waiting to come to the park, but have nowhere to put them. Revenue from the gate currently covers the overheads, staff, vets bills and feeding the animals. You would be able to have a corporate family day allowing staff and customers to have free access to the park, so they can see what your generosity has build, as well as plaques, signs, links from our site and press opportunities.

Money raised from sponsorship goes directly to building the new enclosures, and enriching the animal's lives.

Please get in touch to discuss these opportunities.
